Steve Hilton will deliver a presentation entitled, ‘Market forecasts: forecasting cloud customer needs, opportunities for cloud service providers and examining deployments to date,’ on Tuesday 22 May at 14.45. In his presentation, Steve will discuss:

  • global market forecasts for cloud services
  • channels-to-market for cloud services – carriers, vendors, registered IT partners and other
  • unique opportunities for offering cloud services
  • case studies of successful cloud provider strategies.

Steve will also deliver a presentation that will focus on the five most-critical issues facing service providers in the M2M market on Thursday 24 May at 11.00. Following his presentation, Steve will participate in a panel discussion on forecasting market trends and areas of highest potential growth for CSPs in M2M.

Mark H. Mortensen will deliver a presentation entitled 'Implementing a master data management architecture for fast service delivery' on Tuesday 22 May at 16.40. In his presentation, Mark will discuss:

  • implementing a master product catalogue to bring together multiple product offerings, allow more-centralised control and accelerate the process of creating new products
  • strategies to overcome challenges that are either intrinsic to the nature of the problem or a result of operational and business decisions.
