Our Singapore office is located in Suntec City with views of the Marina Bay (and the Formula One race track!). Our Consultants come from around the world. Many have experience of operational and strategic roles in mobile, broadband and TV companies, as well as equipment vendors and industry regulators. They are graduates of top universities and business schools.

- Wireless: supporting operators in strategic decisions relating to new technologies and business models to drive profitable growth. Key areas of current activities include wireless broadband (WiMAX / HSPA), licence acquisitions, content revenue streams (mobile TV/advertising), MVNOs, pricing strategy and FMC.
- Competition policy and regulation: supporting regulators and operators in tackling access issues, LRIC cost modelling, spectrum management, competition policy and NGNs.
- Broadband & NGN: supporting the evaluation and migration approach for broadband and NGN investment decisions for a range of incumbent, new entrants and regulators. We also work with regulators and Governments in driving policy to bridge the Digital Divide.
- Media: supporting telecoms operators in exploring new revenue opportunities and helping content producers and owners understand new distribution platforms/technologies (such as mobile TV, IPTV, FTTH etc.). We also support regulators in specifying potential policies, and operators in understanding the implications of regulation on their businesses.
- Due diligence: supporting financial institutions and investors in undertaking commercial and technical due diligence throughout the telecoms sector.
- International wholesale: supporting carriers in all stages of investment decision making – from strategic analysis to making strategic choices to implementation support. Our experience extends across multiple technologies for international wholesale access – submarine, terrestrial and satellite.
