Emma is the lead analyst for Analysys Mason's Country Reports research programme, which provides market insight and key historical and forecast data for 30 European countries as well as the USA. She also manages the Telecoms Market Matrix and Core Forecasts programmes, and is a regular contributor to the Voice programme. Before Emma joined our research division in 2006, she worked as a consultant in Analysys Mason, focusing on regulation, pricing and costing issues in the telecoms industry. She has also worked for the French mobile operator SFR and a London-based fixed voice reseller. Emma has a degree in Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lyon in France and a post-graduate degree in International Business from Université Paris Dauphine.
