Bram Moerman has been advising on strategic, regulatory and operational matters within the telecommunications industry for 15 years. In addition to advising regulators worldwide on issues relating to the deregulation of fixed and mobile telecoms markets, his areas of expertise include financial modelling and investment decision-making; demand forecasting; international comparison and benchmarking; operational research; and micro- and macro-economic theory. Bram has a degree in Econometrics from Rotterdam University.
