Graham Johnson is a Partner at Analysys Mason and Head of the Madrid office. With 20 years’ experience in telecoms and media, he has carried out advisory work for governments, regulators, operators and investors worldwide.
Soon after opening our office in Madrid in 1998, Graham began working as a consultant for Spanish and Portuguese clients in the broadband and triple play industries, a stream of work which has continued to the present day. In addition to working in Spain and Portugal, Graham has led many of our key projects in other countries, including licence bids, development of strategic plans, technical advice, market reviews, fair market valuations, and regulatory audits. He has extensive experience of carrying out the technical evaluations required as part of due diligence projects, visiting sites and interviewing operational management in fixed and mobile operators.
Graham joined Analysys Mason in 1990, after working at PA Consulting Group and BT. He joined BT in 1983. He has an M.A. in Electrical Sciences from the University of Cambridge, and a M.Phil. from the Judge Institute of Management Studies. He is a Chartered Engineer (MIEE) and a European Engineer (FEANI). He is fluent in spoken and written Spanish.
