Ian specialises in site roll-out management, developing strategies, processes and procedures to accelerate site roll-out or to reduce costs.
Ian’s expertise includes procurement of site roll-out services, the provision and procurement of, outsourced services, formulation of business plans for licence bids and licence auction strategy. He has led activities for 2G, 3G and other wireless projects internationally, including: Orange, O2, Vodafone and Airwave in the UK, Airtel (now Vodafone) in Spain, Digitel in Venezuela, Nortel in the USA, UPC in the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Spain and Finland.
