Oger Telecom commissioned Analysys Mason to support its acquisition of Turk Telekom, including writing up the business plan and production of the bid book. Analysys Mason continued to provide Oger with post-bid advice, including supporting the completion of transaction and preparing the first operational budget and a three-year plan.
