May 2008 - Mobile: spectrum is not the problem today
The last meeting of the panel was held in London in May 2008. At the meeting we examined the relevance of some of the drivers of spectrum allocation policy. We discussed the relationship between spectrum policy and the ability of the mobile market to innovate commercially. Some interesting findings resulted from the discussion and have been published in Tony Lavender's article, Mobile: spectrum is not the problem today.
