We take on full responsibility for clients' site acquisition programmes, running in-house teams, site acquisition agents, and multi-functional teams for large scale projects. 

Construction and design management (CDM)

We assist clients to meet local Health and Safety requirements during network roll-outs by identifing relevant legisalation and managing programs to ensure compliance.

Site surveys

We provide clients worldwide with a comprehensive Site Survey service, include radio coverage surveys, site audits, site upgrade feasibility surveys and Health and Safety Surveys.

Installation and commissioning management

We provide clients with enhanced time to market through developing efficient and effective I&C strategies and managing I&C delivery work.

Interim management

We help clients increase return on investment by providing key staff on an interim basis to enhance time to market, bring forward operational readiness, or improve operational performance.
