Our strategic thinking is based around our core differentiated cultural foundations.

Our people values include respect for each other and for ethical business practice.  Being innovative in finding the most appropriate solutions to clients needs ensuring our work is best suited to market requirements.  Excellence in maintaining professional acumen in all our activities and a passion for delivering the highest quality of insight, delivering projects on time and budget.

Analysys Mason believe in encouraging their staff to take part in the many events which they run to enhance team work, innovation, motivation and above all, build relationships.  They understand that social interaction is just as important as their work ethic and because of this they organise a wide range of sporting, leisure, charity and family events throughout the course of the year.  Some examples of this are:

Company Days

This is a regular opportunity for staff to gather together to celebrate their achievements and proactively communicate a strategy for the coming year. This is also an opportunity for them  to catch up with acquaintances from our overseas offices.

Charity events

Many of our staff compete in events where funds are raised for different charities.  Analysys Mason staff have made welcome contributions to the fundraising, alongside competing in such events as running Marathons, competing in the 3 peaks race and the annual chariots of fire race held in Cambridge each year.

Social

Each site has its own Social Committee which arranges various events throughout the year.  Christmas always being a special social event with different local venues arranged each year to encourage variety.  Various “nights out” are also arranged where staff can meet up and enjoy a meal together or even a night at the local cinema!

Family Days

These include fun for the children alongside team events for the adults, bringing together staff and their families to enjoy an overall happy environment away from the workplace.

Other such fun days have included themes such as Arabian nights and a boat day.

Enviromental Strategy

Analysys Mason has an Environmental Policy to which the top management are committed.  One of our objectives for 2008 is to prepare for accreditation to the Environment Management Standard ISO14001 – to this end we have been undertaking regular auditing to measure environmental compliance across all areas of the business.  One example of an initiative to become carbon neutral and reduce the output is by encouraging staff to make more use of teleconferences and meetings via the internet.
