What type of performance evaluation system does Analysys Mason use?

Performance evaluations are conducted annually but in your first year you will have one after six months. As part of this process, you will receive feedback from  those you have worked closely with you on a particular client situation.  Your line manager  will consolidate all feedback received by people with whom you have worked and delivers the performance evaluation. In addition, there is ongoing project feedback. Finally, we encourage all members of the consultant staff at all levels to proactively solicit feedback from those with whom they are working. This informal yet constructive feedback is an important component of each Consultant's professional development needs.

What training is offered to graduates?

As well as the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through on the job learning, Analysys Mason also provide a comprehensive range of training programmes aimed at supporting your personal development.  These training programmes are intended both to refine your existing skills as well as broaden your capabilities, giving you the opportunity to map out your own successful career path.

Are there opportunities to transfer to other offices?

The professional development of the consulting staff can be further enhanced by transfering either temporarily or permanently to other Analysys Mason offices. In addition to providing professional development, transfers are one of many ways that Analysys Mason facilitates knowledge-sharing across offices.

What is the recruitment process?

Once an application has been made via our website we aim to screen CVs and get back to candidates within two weeks. Those selected will be asked to take our numeric and verbal apptitude tests prior to invitation to interview. The interview process is ordinarily a two stage process and will include psychometric testing, case studies and presentations.

When do I have to submit my resume?

We accept applications at any time but our main recruiting “season” is from November to June. Our website is always kept up to date with all current vacancies for all offices.
