I joined Analysys Mason as a Graduate Engineer in January 2008 after having completed my Bachelor Degree in Information and Communication Technologies and Master Degree in Radio Frequency Wireless Communications.
Joining Analysys Mason has been a great experience for me because the company provides the right platform to prosper in terms of work and career. The training provided is up-to-date, of very high quality and standard. There is an equal exposure to on-the-job learning on diverse projects and training courses for personal and professional development. Moreover, my mentor guides me towards achieving Chartered Engineer qualification by giving me assignments to gain the required work experiences.
The fact that Analysys Mason is an IET accredited company shows how much the company is dedicated to the development of its employees. The company sponsors its employees to follow IET accredited training in order to achieve Chartered Engineer Status and after that Consultant status. Also the culture in the company is fantastic as people are very friendly, helpful and of high team spirit. Whenever I have a problem or need help there is always someone to listen and help.
Despite my short period of time in the company I have been working on a wide range of high-profile projects ranging from Management to Engineering. Some of the projects I worked on are Procurement of WAN for a renowned company, Testing TETRA network for NHS, Investigating level of interference caused by WiMax on UMTS for Ofcom and Investigating the possibility of using 3G mobiles in aeroplanes. The diversity of projects shows that no two projects are ever similar and it renders it more exciting, enjoyable and challenging.
I have enjoyed each and every moment in Analysys Mason because I have learnt much more than I could imagine. I am confident that joining Analysys Mason was the right decision as I can see myself having a successful and fruitful career here.
