He has directed projects related to economic policies, commercial strategy, network planning and cost optimisation. David’s business focus is on Africa and he has worked for fixed and mobile operators in North, West and Sub-Saharan Africa, on business planning, commercial strategy and regulatory issues. David has an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs in Paris, an MSc from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver and an MSc from ENSTA ParisTech in Paris.
