Don Alusha

Don is part of the BSS practice in Analysys Mason's Telecoms Software Research team, contributing to the Revenue Management, Customer Care, Service Fulfilment and Analytics research programmes. Don started his career in the Enterprise Technology Services function at City University London in a technical support officer internship role, which led to a British Computer Society student prize for outstanding placement record. Following his experience at City, Don held a technical support engineer role at the Collinson Group. His wider experience includes collecting and analysing primary and secondary research, IT service management, and computer and 5G security.

Don holds a first-class honours BSc degree in Business Computing Systems from City University London where he was awarded a prize for outstanding academic record, and an MSc with Distinction from King's College London where he was recognised as having given the best overall performance on the Computing, IT Law and Management programme.
