Duncan is a Partner and leads the Mason division. He has over 25 years’ experience in the telecoms industry, focusing on business strategy, and the design, implementation and project management of telecoms systems across a range of fixed and mobile voice and data technologies. Duncan was one of the project advisers for a multi-billion pound UK government contract designed to deliver a digital mobile communications infrastructure for the emergency services, and continues to provide strategic and technical guidance with regard to mobile communications and control room assignments for public-safety organisations worldwide, particularly in Europe and the Caribbean. Duncan is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), and is a regular speaker at international conferences and contributor/editorial adviser to industry journals.
