Garry has over 25 years’ experience in ICT, including at telecoms/network/technical services manager level within FTSE 100 organisations. He possesses an in-depth understanding of the design, sourcing planning, resourcing and integration issues involved in the implementation of large-scale, multi-vendor IP networks. As part of our Mason division, Garry has successfully managed international projects involving due diligence, convergence, contact/data centre implementation, network outsourcing and procurement. Other specific areas of expertise include infrastructure design and implementation, disaster recovery planning and business continuity, technical due diligence, capacity planning, and the benchmarking of costs and operational models to achieve ICT cost reductions and improvements in performance.
