Astellia started as a niche player focusing on monitoring solutions for mobile network optimisation. It has recently diversified into customer experience management (CEM) and service provider analytics with its 360° customer experience management analytics dashboards.
Helen works as part of the Custom Research team at Analysys Mason, and specialises in market analysis and proposition development. Her primary areas of specialisation include mobile telecoms services, content and applications, and mobile money. She previously led Analysys Mason's Mobile Networks and Services research programme. Prior to joining Analysys Mason, Helen was Business Development Manager for an international asset management company, where she was responsible for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). She has also held positions with Cambridge Investment Research (an independent, Cambridge-based strategy consultancy) and eBay. Helen has a degree in Modern Languages from the University of Cambridge.
