Lim Chuan Wei

Chuan Wei is a Partner at Analysys Mason, based in our Singapore office. He has over 20 years of consulting experience in the TMT sector across Asia–Pacific.

Chuan Wei specialises in supporting financial institutions and industry players with investment and strategy decision-making, particularly related to digital infrastructure, mobile and media. He has significant experience of advising financial institutions on commercial and technical due diligence projects and has been directly involved in more than 60 major transactions and fundraising exercises. He has worked on over 50 projects within the digital infrastructure space in many of the major markets in Asia–Pacific, in areas such as data centres, tower infrastructure and fibre.

He has considerable expertise and depth of experience in mobile business planning, having advised operators across almost all the major markets in Asia–Pacific on a variety of strategic and operational issues, ranging from market strategy to network implementation.

Chuan Wei has significant depth of experience in media and pay TV. He has worked with content players, broadcasters, financial institutions and regulators on a variety of issues.

He holds an M.Eng. (with distinction) and a B.A. (first class honours) in electrical and information sciences engineering from the University of Cambridge, and an MBA from INSEAD.
