Nils is an experienced consultant with wide-ranging experience of communications, IT and mobile voice and data systems – particularly as applied to government, emergency services, and transport sectors. He has extensive experience of requirements and options analysis, as well as carrying recommended solutions through to specification, procurement and implementation. Having been responsible for various studies assessing the user impact of mobile technologies, Nils has a broad knowledge of the mobile market covering mainstream consumer technologies such as GSM, as well as PMR technologies such as TETRA, Tetrapol, iDEN and APCO-25.
