Oisín is part of the Defence and Cyber Security practice within Mason (a division of Analysys Mason Limited), focusing on the information assurance needs of Government and Telecommunication clients and has delivered and managed technical security projects for over 10 years. His involvement has spanned a variety of discrete and capital projects, ranging from cyber security on national telecommunication systems, as well as research and development into the implementation of lawful access on cloud services.
He has extensive expertise in secure telecommunication projects having managed and delivered several key projects, including providing security assurance advice and expertise on a mix of critical national infrastructure and law enforcement projects, including deployment and implementation of national intelligence platforms.
Oisín is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Information Security Manager, and is a founding member of the Institute of Information Security Professionals. He has been an invited speaker and chair at numerous security related conferences including; UK Policing Forum, UK Cyber-Security and Counter Terrorism Conferences and currently sits on a government national security industry advisory committee.
