Olivier Pascal

Olivier Pascal is a Consultant at Analysys Mason and is based in our Paris office. He has been heavily involved in our DTT projects, including a DTT project for the European Commission, the valuation of DTT spectrum for the French regulator (ARCEP) and the review of a DTT business plan for the Norwegian Ministry of Culture. Olivier has also developed significant media expertise during a number of other assignments, including the review of a French pay TV company and several cable operators. He has also carried out a significant number of due diligence and licence bid assignments.

Olivier holds an MBA in Information Management from Arizona State University.

Mobile/tariff

Olivier Pascal has significant expertise in pricing and costing issues, developed during several projects for mobile and fixed operators. Olivier has also worked on several tariff projects, including installing a tariff optimisation tool (PriceManager) in order to audit the efficiency of existing tariff plans and the user base, as well as defining new profitable tariff plans. Olivier has been involved in the delivery of a service costing systems in a MENA country. In addition, Olivier has carried out numerous due diligence projects for mobile operators, including a strategic analysis of an opportunity to enter a highly penetrated mobile market in the Indian Ocean, and reviewing a Western African mobile operator’s performance on behalf of international private equity funds.
