Hallvard is a Partner at Analysys Mason and head of the Oslo office. He has 15 years of experience in telecoms, media and technology consulting, often managing major strategic initiatives for leading broadband operators.
Hallvard was previously a Partner at Nexia Management Consulting AS, which was acquired by Analysys Mason in June 2017.
Hallvard's areas of expertise include: program and project management (from idea phase to complete implementation), technology (ranging from core optical networks to broadband access), negotiations (including deal support), financial analysis and corporate finance.
Hallvard has an MSc from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics and is a Certified Financial Analyst.
