More than you can eat: KT throttles Internet for smart-TV owners

KT announced in February 2012 that it will limit fixed broadband subscribers’ ability to download content and apps to smart TVs. This move provides an advance indication of a video consumption ecosystem where networks and devices have evolved to a point where QoS implementation may look expensive and not user-friendly.
