Many CDMA operators have a small market share, limited network coverage and generally remain niche propositions. CDMA has dwindling vendor support and operators are faced with an existential question: where do we go from here? This article discusses several strategies that CDMA operators might adopt in order to migrate to LTE.
The sharp decline in mobile voice revenue in Western Europe in 2011 can be attributed to various factors, such as the rebalancing of tariffs towards non-voice services. In this Comment we discuss the reasons for the decline and analyse the recent update to Analysys Mason's voice forecasts for Europe.
