Wholesale FTTx tariff tracker

Analysys Mason's Wholesale FFTx tariff tracker is a quarterly survey of tariffs for FTTx versions of wholesale broadband access, passive line products such as subĀ-loop unbundling and dark fibre access, as well as intermediary products such as virtual unbundled local access and generic Ethernet access.

As telcos roll out FTTx networks, a new range of regulated and commercial wholesale offers is emerging. Analysys Mason's Wholesale FTTx tariff tracker will monitor and benchmark tariffs for an increasing number of operators and countries as such offers are published.

The tariffs principally include end-user access charges (monthly rental and line set-up/activation costs), and in the case of services that provide backhaul to regional aggregation points, basic descriptions of the backhaul tariff levels and structure. The structure of the backhaul element varies considerably between countries, and it is not possible to benchmark these directly against one another. A link is provided to the published source information.

Tariffs are given in local currency units (LCU) and in EUR.
