Case study: For a leading business firm in the UK seeking to get the best deal from its mobile services contract provider, we benchmarked its existing mobile phone tariffs against market rates to support the client's mobile service contract negotiations.

Case study: For a major global insurance company that wanted to optimise telecoms spend, we carried out a review of the company's global telecoms infrastructure covering fixed, mobile and WAN services. Through a combination of inter-country comparison and intra-country supplier benchmarking, we identified several areas where telecoms spend could be optimised and identified specific actions that could be taken to yield cost savings and performance improvements. The outputs of this project enabled the client to negotiate substantial contract reductions from its existing suppliers.

Case study: For a mobile operator wanting to benchmark its performance against that of other European operators, we benchmarked 15 key financial and operational indicators, for 10 European mobile operators. Where data was not publicly available, we produced estimates using robust, documented techniques. The client was able to use the data to benchmark its performance and fed this data into a business model being developed by a consultancy.
