Approach
- Identified local experts, from a number of sectors, and interviewed them to provide insight into the nature of individual country markets.
- Determined the level of national awareness of domain name management services, the maturity of the market and rate of growth, competition levels and any obvious regulatory or process-related hurdles.
- Undertook desk-based research into relevant market factors.
- Facilitated a workshop for the client, where we used a scoring system that helped narrow down the potential target markets to a shortlist for further detailed research.
