Case study: For a global equipment vendor seeking to stimulate the deployment and take-up of VoIP equipment sales, we researched the status of VoIP regulation in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We provided an assessment of likely developments in VoIP regulation, gave an overview of key VoIP players and made recommendations for the approaches that should be used to influence regulatory developments. The output of this project enabled the client to prioritise where and with whom it should focus its regulatory lobbying efforts.

Case study: To help a UK service provider position its forthcoming IP VPN offering, we undertook desk research and carried out informal interviews with suppliers to characterise competing offerings. The client fed these results into its product planning process.
