Business Challenge
Our client, a major European fixed and mobile telecoms operator, required monthly reports on the latest issues concerning the telecoms industry and how these issues would affect the operator's position as market incumbent.
Subjects included: the impact of NGNs, uses of the unlicensed spectrum, VoIP trends and Wi-Fi–mobile convergence.
Approach
- Conducted desk based research drawing on the extensive wealth of in house information and external sources.
- Identified the key issues in the telecoms industry that were relevant to the client and presented them in a clear and concise way.
- Presented results in PowerPoint slide packs, illustrating the facts, ‘what if’ scenarios, implications and suggested actions.
