The Smart Devices programme helps operators, vendors and stakeholders in device ecosystems to understand macro- and micro-level trends for new and emerging devices such as smartphones, smart glasses, smart speakers, smart bands, smart watches and virtual reality (VR) headsets.

Informed by a wealth of primary research, it addresses key challenges, such as forecasting demand, managing the device life-cycle, designing device portfolios and understanding consumer behaviour.
