Alessandro is a Partner based in Analysys Mason's London office. He specialises in advising businesses on organic and inorganic growth strategies. In the last ten years, he has completed over 200 assignments in more than 80 developed and emerging markets across six continents. His areas of expertise include telecoms commercial and technical due diligence, business planning, valuation, IPO process support, investment opportunity scouting, market sizing and forecasting, spectrum strategy and valuation, cost modelling and telecoms regulation.
Alessandro has advised on some of the major transactions involving telecoms assets in Europe, working for both financial and strategic investors. His experience in this area covers telecoms infrastructure (access and long-distance fibre networks, towers, data centres, submarine cables and digital real estate), operators (mobile, fixed incumbents, altcos, cablecos and mobile virtual network operators), mobile money and fintech businesses, and vendors (hardware, software and telecoms infrastructure service companies).
