Chris has supported M&A and assisted in debt and equity financing on behalf of new entrant and incumbent telecoms operators in Western and Central Europe, North America and the Asia–Pacific region. He has led many of Analysys Mason’s due diligence and valuation assignments in support of the debt and equity financing of telecoms ventures including mobile, fixed-line and full-service operators, as well as broadcasting, cable, satellite, co-location, AIP and ASP businesses. He has also undertaken numerous strategy and business planning assignments on behalf of major international telecoms operators, including market entry and repositioning support.
