Jon Ivar has worked in the telecoms industry since 2006. He has extensive experience in all phases of private and public procurement processes for frequency licenses and ultra-reliable communication. The experience includes project management, market and competition analysis, valuation, regulatory analysis, negotiations and bidding strategies, evaluations, governmental relations, advising internal decision processes and execution of competitions.
Jon Ivar has undertaken many analysis and consulting projects on competition strategies, pricing and regulation.
Jon Ivar also has three years’ experience of working with the Norwegian Competition Authorities and three years with the Norwegian Central Bureau of Statistics.
