Digital transformation is a strategic priority for communications service providers (CSPs) and many have multiple initiatives underway to accelerate their journey to becoming digital service providers (DSPs). However, as CSPs engage with technology and service partners to support their digitalisation journey, a growing number of CSPs believe that their interests are best served by vendors that have significant exposure to cloud and enterprise solutions because these vendors are perceived to be 'digital'.
