Ericsson has announced its intent to acquire all the shares in CENX, a provider of service assurance operations support systems (OSS) to the communications service provider (CSP) market. Ericsson has been a minority stake holder in the company since 2012, along with Verizon Ventures and other venture capital (VC) firms.
