Speed is the most important element of a fixed broadband proposition for SMEs

Fixed service providers must keep their small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients happy. According to our survey of more than 1000 SMEs, an average of 8% of SMEs planned to change their fixed provider in the next 6 months and bandwidth concerns are driving more than half of those customers. This comment looks at the importance of competing on speed in the SME market.
