Managed service providers (MSPs) operate in an environment where understanding customers’ contract and pricing preferences is key to attracting and retaining them. This report uses a survey of 950 MSPs worldwide to look at the pricing methods and contract models used when delivering managed IT services, as well as the compositions of MSPs' customer bases and revenue.

This report provides data and analysis on:
