Managed service providers (MSPs) use a variety of sales and marketing techniques and report varying degrees of success. This report uses a survey of 950 MSPs worldwide to look at the types of campaigns used by MSPs in order to analyse which are the most successful and which are correlated with better performance.

  • the portion of annual revenue spent on sales and marketing and how this is correlated with growth
