A joint team from Analysys Mason’s Singapore and London offices spent 6 weeks working with the client, a 3G MVNO in Thailand, to refine its business plan and negotiation strategy with its host network operator.

Based in the client’s offices in Bangkok, our team provided strategic support and analytical insight into the economics of the MVNO agreement that was being negotiated by the client.

We integrated the ever-changing parameters of the deal into a detailed business plan, and supported the client in gaining buy-in from the Board of Directors to support an ambitious plan.

The client is now well-prepared to gain a strong foothold in Thailand’s long-delayed but highly promising 3G market.
