Kunika is experienced in conducting research activities including survey design, organisation, and analysis along with secondary research specifically in the small and medium-sized business IT and channel partner markets. She specialises in gathering and analysing primary and secondary data to develop market insights, go-to-market and customer acquisition strategies.
While at AMI-Partners (acquired by Analysys Mason), Kunika has worked on several survey projects involving market segmentation, customer experience, customer buying behaviour and effective go-to-market strategies within the ICT and channel partner space. She has also conducted secondary research to validate current and forecast market trends for the Analysys Mason SMB Technology Forecaster. She has authored several IT industry related blogs and co-authored white papers for clients in the IT industry.
Kunika holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor's degree in electronics and communications engineering from Marudhar Engineering College.
