Tom is a Senior Consultant in Analysys Mason’s Madrid office. He has nine years of experience in TMT, of which four are as a consultant. Previously he worked for Ofcom, the communications regulator in the UK.
Since joining Analysys Mason, Tom has advised clients in Europe and Latin America on a range of topics across various sectors. He has worked on strategic and operational assignments, transaction support projects and regulatory projects for a mix of operators, infrastructure players and financial institutions. Tom has significant experience working on assignments involving fibre networks from both a commercial and technical perspective, and has also worked on submarine cable, data-centre, tower and spectrum projects.
Tom holds a BA in Modern and Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge.
