Yushan is a member of the Telecoms Software and Networks research team in London, contributing to various research programmes, particularly Customer Engagement, Monetisation Platforms and Digital Experience. She holds an BCom in Finance and Business Technology Management from the University of British Columbia, and an MSc in e-Business Management from the University of Warwick.
