Analysys Mason conducted its annual Connected Consumer Survey, an on-device survey of 4000 smartphone users across Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand, between August and September 2019 to track consumers’ usage and preferences for TV and video services. Emerging Asia–Pacific (EMAP) is unlike other world regions and our survey data helps us to understand why this is the case.
