This report is based on a survey of around 2300 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across 10 countries. It explores how the purchasing of cyber-security solutions by SMEs differs from that by large enterprises and how it varies by country. It also investigates the link between SMEs’ satisfaction with their fixed data service providers and their willingness to consider purchasing security services from these suppliers.
This report provides data on and analysis of:
- SMEs’ willingness to purchase security services from their fixed data service providers and operators in general
- the relationship between this willingness and satisfaction
- SMEs’ current and planned spending on security solutions.
