Clara is a Director at Analysys Mason. Since joining the company in 2012, Clara has worked across different sectors, including banking, utilities and telecoms, with a strong focus on cloud migrations and large-scale IT transformations in the banking sector. Her expertise spans complex cloud programmes, IT operating model redesign, multi-market software roll-outs and commercial leadership in global sourcing initiatives.
Clara is particularly drawn to projects where technical transformation intersects with organisational change. Technical migrations often require the alignment of processes, people and regulatory expectations to create lasting impact. Clara values consulting work that enables clients to build sustainable capabilities, whether through standardising IT processes, improving delivery approaches or supporting multi-year transformation programmes.

Clara holds a PhD in stem cell biology and an MBA in international business.
