Valerie is based in Analysys Mason’s Munich office, where she works as Head of HR Operations as well as contributing expertise in value creation in the areas of software, IT services and sustainable cities.
She is passionate about creating HR strategies that drive business success while also ensuring employees’ needs are met. She enjoys being able to do this internally as part of Analysys Mason’s HR team, and also applies her skills externally to enrich our work with clients, to make sure their organisational structure and skill base are optimised and ready for the future. Her ability to develop tailored HR strategies that support employee development, change management and communication gives our clients the tools to execute ambitious strategies.
Valerie began her career in the high-end hospitality sector, gaining a deep understanding of exceptional customer service and operational excellence. As a general manager, she developed strong strategic thinking and business management skills, later expanding this expertise with a degree in Human Resources Management, transitioning into the HR sector.
She is rightly proud of her success in integrating her extensive experience in hospitality and business management with her HR expertise. In her role as Head of HR and as expert contributor within our due diligence practice, she uses this experience to create customised strategies that foster both organisational growth and employee satisfaction. She finds fulfilment in helping companies thrive by assessing and enhancing their talent and structures to ensure sustainable success. Valerie is in the process of completing her MBA for General Management and Human Resources.
A ‘people person’ through and through, Valerie’s greatest pleasure outside work comes from bringing together groups of friends and family to enjoy her fabulous cooking.
