Analysys Mason appoints Martin Blackburn as non-Executive Independent Chair

LONDON, UK

Martin’s role will include managing board meetings and facilitating the discussions between management and the majority shareholder by providing an independent perspective. He will also provide guidance to the CEO and other board members and contribute his broad business experience more generally.

Martin brings a strong background in technology, having worked at Logica, Hewlett Packard, IBM and Rackspace. He also has extensive experience with private-equity from his time at Merlin Equity Partners and as Chair of several PE-backed businesses.
