Mirko René Gramatke joins Analysys Mason’s Munich office

LONDON, UK

Mirko René Gramatke has joined Analysys Mason as a Partner, bringing more than 20 years of industry and consulting experience across technology, media and digital infrastructure. He has a proven track record of advising investors and corporate clients on buy‑ and sell-side transactions, as well as leading strategy development and large‑scale transformation programmes.

Mirko’s expertise spans a wide range of technology and digital-infrastructure topics, and he has supported numerous top private-equity firms and their portfolio companies on strategic and operational value‑creation initiatives. He has also advised major players across the technology, media and telecoms industry.

Mirko studied Law at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. He started his career at an internet entertainment company, before founding his own consultancy for internet and entertainment start-ups. He later joined ProSiebenSat.1 as Senior Business Development Manager, where he expanded the group’s entertainment partnerships. He went on to co‑found and act as Managing Director at an investment company focused on media and entertainment. 

Before joining Analysys Mason, Mirko held leadership roles at Monitor Deloitte and Altman Solon, where he delivered strategic and transformation projects for global clients and investors.
