European quarterly metrics update 1Q 2025: Fastweb+Vodafone now leads the Italian mobile market

The telecoms market in Central and Eastern Europe grew robustly in 1Q 2025. Total service revenue rose by 5.1% compared to 4Q 2024. In contrast, the telecoms market in Western Europe declined. Total service revenue fell by 1% because of decreasing mobile ARPU and fixed broadband ASPU, as well as limited growth in the number of connections.
