Online gaming is an increasingly popular activity that is enjoyed by both adults and children. Fixed broadband operators may be able to increase their number of subscribers and grow their ARPU by targeting the gamer demographic. This article draws on the results of Analysys Mason’s annual consumer survey to describe the preferences of gamers in the UK and to explain the implications for fixed broadband operators.
